Therefore if the GoPro camera becomes unresponsive, such as in the event of a camera crash, Blink can pull all power from the GoPro to force a hard reset to restore functionality to the system (similar to pulling and replacing the GoPro battery when the camera crashes). *Safety Reset Feature: Removing the GoPro battery allows for Blink to fully manage the power supply to the GoPro camera. The GoPro battery will prevent the use of the safety reset * feature. Then if using external power, plug your USB power cable into the GoPro Camera's USB port to keep the GoPro battery charged.
Keep the internal GoPro battery in the camera and plug Blink into the camera.
